Regular offerings *always check schedule to be sure* include:

Mondays- (morning) slow flow yoga, (midday) new parent support group, (evening) crystal singing bowls meditation

Tuesdays- TBD ~ sometimes yoga or open hours, sometimes evening classes

Wednesdays- TBD ~ 1:1 sessions, nervous system Reboot evening class

Thursdays- sometimes midday class or private sessions,

(evening) 1:1 Reiki sessions 

Fridays- TBD ~ open hours drop-in time, sometimes restorative yoga or yoga nidra 

weekends- special workshops, art pop-ups, kids classes, open hours, etc.​​
