~new parent support group with Molly 11:45am-1:30pm 

Tuesdays:

~Qigong for Women's Health with Martha  6:30-7:30pm

Wednesdays:

~Yoga Nidra + gentle movement 10:00am *check schedule

Thursdays:

~Crafting Circle or Open Hours (check schedule) 

Fridays:

~slow flow yoga with Jenn 5:00-6:00pm 

~guided meditation with Grace 6:00-7:00pm *next one is May 16th
