Regular offerings *always check schedule to be sure* include:
Mondays- slow flow yoga, new parent support group, * guided meditation is on a January pause *
Tuesdays- open hours drop-in time, sometimes evening classes
Wednesdays- 1:1 sessions, nervous system reboot evening class
Thursdays- nervous system reboot midday class, evening Reiki sessions (will resume in February)
Fridays- open hours drop-in time, sometimes restorative yoga
weekends- special workshops, art pop-ups, kids classes, open hours, etc.

10:00am-11:30am - New Moon Yin + Deep Rest Practice : Capricorn, with Jenn
*This is a monthly practice to honor the beginning of the new lunar cycle, and energy of that zodiac sun season. We practice a few yin yoga style shapes, but also yin energy, and there is always a long rest of at least 20 minutes. *
