*Please note that some offerings might get cancelled if we do not receive enough registrations. We will offer credit to anyone signed up in the case that this happens. As a super small studio, this can happen at slow times of the year and we appreciate your understanding.

We do have some regular, consistent offerings through the year:

Monday morning slow flow with Jenn, Monday midday new parent support group, Monday evening sound meditation with Grace, and Tuesday midday gentle yoga with Federica. 

Then, we have monthly meetups for: 

-chronic pain affinity yoga/support, tarot readings, yoga nidra, reiki sessions, mending & resistance circle, women's support circle, teen girls' hang/support, and Jenn's New Moon Yin + Deep Rest practice.
