Regular offerings *always check schedule to be sure* include:

Mondays- slow flow yoga, new parent support group, special evening offerings 

Tuesdays- sometimes yoga or open hours, sometimes evening classes

Wednesdays- 1:1 sessions, qigong series, nervous system Reboot evening class

Thursdays- sometimes midday class, evening 1:1 Reiki sessions 

Fridays- open hours drop-in time, sometimes restorative yoga or nidra 

weekends- special workshops, art pop-ups, kids classes, open hours, etc.​​
