Offerings 

slow flow (yoga/movement practice) 

Jenn’s style of blending mindful movement modalities inspired by the current season + lunar phase in the cycle (75-80 minutes) $20-25

new parent support group 

a low-key opportunity for any new parent to gather in a group setting to find like-minded support and community. Babies are welcome. 

(donation based- up to $15) 

Facilitated by Molly O’Connor (+sometimes Jenn) 

lunch hour reset (yoga/movement) 

yin-yang style yoga-inspired practice for your middle of the day 

(one hour) $15-20 sliding scale  

taught by Jenn 

peri+post menopause support group 

an evening gathering for anyone curious to learn and share about this stage in life (whether you are currently in it, have gone through it, or will be in it at some point). ($10-20 sliding scale)

kids yoga+mindful rest 

a playful flow of shapes and guided rest (recommended for kids 7-10 ish in age, but 4-6 year olds also welcome if caregivers think they can try a small group setting)

(45 minutes) $10-15

taught by Jenn 

prenatal support group 

for any pregnant person to attend a group setting for community support and resource sharing (donation based- up to $15)

Open Hours : 

 

Scheduled hours on certain days where the studio space will be open for drop-ins to come and quietly work, read, rest. Tea and drip coffee provided while supplies last. $5 suggested donation if staying 30 minutes or more. 

Teen groups/gatherings:

 

Designated weekend times for ages 12-17ish to come in for support and/or fun. Themes and topics will span from mental health to changing bodies to friendship to self care to movie nights! These group times will be low key and a chance to have a non judgmental space to just be for a bit.

Mindfulness- Reset practices

 

The chance to have accountability to sometimes get outside, to check in with oneself + find solidarity with others. An hour of flowing with what arises under the guidance of Libby Curtis Webb.

Seasonal Rituals

 

Non-denominational gatherings at each seasonal transition to share traditions, honor nature's lessons, and sit in lovingkindness together to celebrate.
