new parent support group
a low-key opportunity for any new parent to gather in a group setting to find like-minded support and community. Babies are welcome, but you can also come on your own.
We provide tea, coffee, and some treats.
Come for the whole 2 hours or drop-in when you can.
($10-20 Venmo or cash appreciated)

Mondays midday
nervous system reboot
guided mindful practice to calm the body-mind-spirit = 30 minutes of rest with props (yoga nidra) , 30 minutes of gentle movement to wake up and send you off into the rest of your day.
(one hour) $10-15 sliding scale
taught by Jenn on Wednesday nights, and Julia on Thursday middays
women's support circle
a gathering for anyone who identifies as a woman, curious to learn and share about the stage in life you are in and build support with others
($5-20 sliding scale)
rotating facilitators and days of the week/month.

a playful flow of shapes and guided rest, story time, and other mindful moments -(30-45 minutes, $10-15 for kids' classes)

local art pop-ups
we aim to host weekend pop-ups that showcase some local artisans and celebrate bringing community into the studio for connection and joy...usually around holidays or seasonal moments for the community!
Open Hours :
Scheduled hours on certain days where the studio space will be open for drop-ins to come and quietly work, read, rest. Tea and drip coffee provided while supplies last. $5 suggested donation if staying 30 minutes or more.
Teen groups/gatherings:
Designated weekend times for ages 12-17ish to come in for support and/or fun. Themes and topics will span from mental health to changing bodies to friendship to self care to movie nights! These group times will be low key and a chance to have a non judgmental space to just be for a bit.

Mindfulness practices:
The chance to have accountability to sometimes get outside, to check in with oneself + find solidarity with others.

Non-denominational gatherings at each seasonal transition to share traditions, honor nature's lessons, and sit in lovingkindness together to celebrate.
