Teacher- Kelsey Arrington-Podraza:
Kelsey (RYT-200) is a Somerville-based yoga instructor and MS in Sustainability student and APPLES Fellow at Tufts University. She is also a spatial planner, facilitator, and astrologer. Kelsey views astrology as a powerful framework for introspection and is passionate about empowering others to make meaningful changes in their lives.
