Birthing Prep Workshop

This workshop is for birthers and their support person in their last trimester who are now preparing for their birth. Learn information that compliments what you have learned in your birth class AND specific information about laboring at home, physical practices, when to go to the hospital, what to expect from the hospital experience and doula's inside information.
