About the event
This is a monthly trauma-informed class designed to support those living with chronic pain, including endometriosis. Each session begins with introductions and a guided body scan. Breathwork (pranayama) is then introduced, along with gentle, accessible movement to meet your body where it is. We close with a supportive community discussion, offering space to share, connect, and be witnessed in your experience.
