This is a space to hold grief, loss, and love. A space for grief that doesn't need explaining. For those who have lost a mother, a pregnancy, a baby, or a version of the future they were building toward.

Mother's Day has been difficult for me over the past decade. Losing my own mother made this time of year emotionally challenging. Last year I held a workshop for mothers for the first time since her passing, and becoming a doula opened something in me I didn't know needed tending. This year, after experiencing womb loss, one of the things that helped me most was talking with others about their losses.
