Moon Swoon- monthly meetup

Jenn is a lifelong Moon enthusiast. The lunar cycles have been a muse for all things - teaching yoga, life moments/phases, parenting, relationships, etc.

In 2018, Jenn created a book on how she uses the lunar cycles to inform her yoga+mindful practices and creativity.

She has studied astrology for decades as well and loves to combine sharing personal chart information with folks with how they might use that as a template for their rituals (body, mind, spirit).

She has taught her workshop, Living with the Lunar Cycles, for many years on/off in various forms.

This new iteration (Moon Swoon) is meant as a community connection point for anyone to join each month as their personal moments allow! Jenn will share about the current cycle and season but then we will take time to journal about it, share observations, laugh, cry, drink tea, just BE together.
