About the event
Jenn is a lifelong Moon lover and observer, and over her 20+ years of teaching yoga and movement, she created her own "style" or honoring to practice with the lunar cycles.
Slowing down for the New Moon each cycle is her favorite time of each month, and something she feels passionate to share with others.
These monthly practices are Yin in both energy and also to share some yin yoga shapes and deep rest. Jenn focuses on what the current zodiac sign symbolizes and how we can use that as inspiration for the current season + current moment in our lives.
We usually settle in, then practice some yin and gentle yoga shapes, then take a 20+ minute rest, followed by a tarot/oracle card pull at the end.
