About the event
This will be the 2nd Day Retreat here at Constellation, a chance for those who may not be able to get away for a full weekend wellness retreat, but rather for an urban staycation led by Jenn and Federica!
Sample schedule:
10:30am arrival and landing in
11:00am-11:15am Open circle (this doesn't mean everyone shares)
11:15am-12:40pm Cancer season lunar love flow Yoga practice with Jenn , followed by Inner Sun Yoga Nidra journey with Federica
12:45-1:30pm Lunch = Summer ayurvedic homemade deliciousness
