About the event
This will be the 2nd Day Retreat here at Constellation, a chance for those who may not be able to get away for a full weekend wellness retreat, but rather for an urban staycation led by Jenn and Federica!
Sample schedule:
10:30am arrivals and settle in
11:00am Yoga practice - co-taught, and with a weaving together of styles - slow flow, restorative, yoga nidra
12:30-12:45pm transition time post-practice
12:45-1:30pm Lunch -homemade deliciousness provided for you
