Join Catherine Iagnemma, your Eclectic Energy Guide, for a nurturing Sunday afternoon sound bath designed to offer restorative nourishment to your nervous system. 

In our cozy, welcoming space, we’ll become acquainted with the voices of  the instruments accompanying us on our sound journey: grounding and hypnotic  tongue & frame drums, resonant himalayan bowls, rustling leaf & seed rattles, sparkling chimes, and a cascading rainstick. 

We’ll begin with a seasonally-themed meditation to ground ourselves before reclining on our mats and surrendering to the waves of soothing sound washing over us, releasing tension and inviting a deep sense of relaxation into body & mind. 

We’ll conclude  with an opportunity for sharing.
