What to expect?
Sandy will have her heated mat for you to lay on, and we have plenty of cozy blankets and things for comfort as well.
There will be a section of the studio with the divider screens set up for privacy.
Dress in comfy and loose clothing. Sandy provides assisted stretches and traditional Thai massage technique for unique and soothing bodywork.
Please email jennpfalk@gmail.com to secure your timeslot, OR just pop-in during the hours Sandy will be there. Folks can wait in the studio for their turn if needed.
