About the event
Join Jenn and Federica for a cozy day at Constellation to turn off all the noise, invite in some grounding practice time + nourish yourself and one another with food, support, laughter, love!
Example schedule:
11:00-11:30am Settling in, checking in, preparing for practice
11:30am-1:15pm Full spectrum yoga/movement/rest practice with Jenn and Federica- Jenn will guide a slow flow for 45-55 minutes, then Federica will settle you into a Yoga Nidra.
1:15-1:45pm LUNCH - most likely soup, veggies, grains, and tea
1:45-2:00pm post-lunch break/prep
